Order Processing

Once an order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation via email or SMS within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel, requests must be made within 12 hours of order placement. We accept secure payments through UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery.

Shipping Policy

We deliver across India and internationally. Orders to metro cities are delivered within 3–5 business days, with free shipping on purchases above ₹1,499. Non-metro areas may take 5–7 business days, and shipping costs ₹80. International orders are delivered within 10–15 days, with charges calculated at checkout. Please note, we are not responsible for delays caused by festivals or customs.

Returns & Refunds

We accept full returns within 7 days for items that are unopened and unworn. Defective items are eligible for refund or replacement after verification (photo evidence required). Final sale items, such as clearance or customized kurtis, are non-returnable. To initiate a return, please email contact@zaoralooms.com with your order ID and images.

Your personal data is used solely for processing and delivering orders. Payment information is handled through encrypted gateways such as Razorpay and is never stored on our servers. We use cookies to enhance user experience and track analytics, which can be opted out of via browser settings.
